I’ll join fellow PNW children’s book author Mary Boone at Third Place Books’ Ravenna store. We will read from our brand-new picture books, Big Bertha: How a Massive Tunnel Boring Machine Dug a Highway under Seattle and School of Fish. This event is free, open to the public, and will include a book signing and time for audience Q&A. Readers of all ages welcome!

About the Festival: When authors Suzanne Selfors and Walker Ranson bought Liberty Bay Books in Poulsbo, WA, they began to dream about creating a children's literature festival for Kitsap County. They went looking for a venue and the Poulsbo Sons of Norway enthusiastically agreed to help. With a crew of amazing volunteers, booksellers and donors, the work is underway to bring you and your family a wonderful day filled with authors, books, readings and activities. In other words - THE BEST DAY EVER!
